WINDOW PEEPERS!

My mommy thinks I'm crazy
But I dont think that's true
There's something out the window!
You think I'd lie to you???

She looked out of
the window
But much to my surprise
Was just a little shooting star
Blazing cross the sky!

I turned my head to
look again

And this I swear is true

Something was looking back at me

OH NO, what could I do?

I ran to get my Daddy

Cause he is brave and strong,

But when he finally got here

He swore I must be wrong!

"There's just a pretty
star out there"

He said with a big grin

"No use to fret my Little One"

And then he squeezed my chin

I went to get my sisters

Afraid to let them see

They laughed as they looked outside

And said "It's Halloween!!"
