During our 2nd talk Jay shared more of his personal pain. The talk we had here took place around Christmas time of 2004. Jay was obviously very angry with life, expressing to me his difficulties in dealing with all the pressures around him. I shared with him that one can learn to let go of anger and resentment,  but he then shared with me the only person who is watching over him is Jesus, the one who takes away his anger and selfish wants, because we, meaning us human beings do not understand. Following this very deep and significant statement I shared with that the whole concept of God and Jesus and human suffering and how we deal with any of that requires a lot of further exploration, so I shared with him that he would benefit from  doing some in depth spiritual and philosophical studies

Jay: hey

realize2actualize: hey there

Jay: things suck..

realize2actualize: it can seem that way

realize2actualize: but ultimately it is our response or inability to deal with whatever is happening to us which creates our reality

Jay: true

realize2actualize: it all comes down to this, how we respond to that which ultimately cannot be changed
realize2actualize: but happy holidays anyway

Jay: lol thank you

realize2actualize: anytime partner

Jay: happy holidays to you as well friend

Jay: :)

Jay: lol

realize2actualize: thank you pal

realize2actualize: so, what seems to be so sucky in your life?

realize2actualize: not that I nor you could change any of that

Jay: i dont know, really i just want to fly, let go, and bliss out..

realize2actualize: well then

realize2actualize: what keeps you

realize2actualize: ??

Jay: its just people, emotions, me..me and myself, fighting as usual..

realize2actualize: what are you holding on?

realize2actualize: holding on to rather

realize2actualize: letting go of your anger and resentment might be a good start

realize2actualize: and this you can learn

Jay: still confused as to what’s going on around me, people, friends, family..spirits?..the only person thats always there watching is jesus..the one who takes all the anger of our selfish wants, cause we dont understand..

Jay: i dont know..

Jay: which is true

realize2actualize: well, I do know, which is why I suggested that

Jay: he's there you know..

Jay: i know..

Jay: he's always there, just ask..

realize2actualize: well my friend, the whole concept of God and Jesus and human suffering and how we deal with any of that requires a lot of further exploration on your part in order to truly understand

realize2actualize: Jesus is not who you make him out to be, nor is God

realize2actualize: rather than living outside of you, both live right within yourself

Jay: true..

realize2actualize: maybe you want to engage in doing some in depth spiritual and philosophical studies

realize2actualize: Erich Fromm is definitely a writer I would highly recommend

Jay: yeah i need to

Jay: who;s that?

realize2actualize: you should, and so you shall

realize2actualize: he is a German writer, humanist, psychologist

Jay: sounds cool, ill have to check em out..

Jay: i gotta go,

Jay: see ya friend

realize2actualize: k

realize2actualize: good luck to you my friend
