Until My Forever Ends
March 28, 2003
Sometimes it’s not as easy as we’d hope it to be
When you’re feeling dizzy you can lean on me
So let me be your tree to lean on, that’s all I ask of you
For some day you or I may be gone, though I hope that it’s not true
Sometimes it’s not simple to tell you what I fear
But when your salty tears trickle all I want is to be near
So let me be your crying shoulder and show you warmth of care
A constant shining fighting soldier fighting the war of being there
So let me hold you in my arms, accept the love I send
For we could be together until my forever ends
Sometimes it’s not screaming just what I should do
But I know sometimes I’m dreaming, all I think about is you
So let me tell you that you’re stunning, in every way, shape, or form
And you’ve got my heart running, pounding, keeping warm
Sometimes I can’t focus on what I feel I need
But as our feelings provoke us I need not wait and bleed
So let me tell you that I love you, I wouldn’t want to change
There’s a halo floating high above you, though you think the thought seems strange
So let me hold you in my arms, accept the love I send
For we could be together until my forever ends
