Radiohead
Well, I can't really say anything about Radiohead that hasn't already been said. Anyway, if you haven't heard of Radiohead by now, they are one of the most experimental, talented, and engaging bands of the past ten years. Going from a typical arena alt-rock group to a incredibly daring and risk-taking band, Radiohead has provided music fans with album upon album of fantastic music.

I Might Be Wrong: Live Recordings (EP)

The post-OK Computer Radiohead seems intent on quenching their fans thirst by releasing album after album. Amnesiac followed Kid A in the less than a year, and the I Might Be Wrong EP followed a few months after Amnesiac. Though Amnesiac was criticized by some for being too rushed or full of leftovers, I Might Be Wrong goes in a different direction and gives fans what they've always wanted: a live document of one of the most thrilling and boundary-pushing bands in the past ten years. But for those looking for a live rendition of "Karma Police" or "Fake Plastic Trees," I Might Be Wrong might be a serious downer. The band decides to showcase live versions of material from Kid A and Amnesiac. The overwhelming claim that it would be impossible for the band to perform material from Kid A and, to a lesser extent, Amnesiac live is justification enough for the latter-era fixation on here. The band do a superb job transforming these tracks for the stage. "Like Spinning Plates," which was originally driven by backwards, muffled  instrumentation, is turned into a beautiful piano piece. "Idioteque" is driven to chaotic heights with frantic drumming and discomforting noise, while "Everything In Its Right Place" gets something of a beat. The only disappoints come in the muffled version of "I Might Be Wrong," where Thom is drowned out by the rest of the band, and "The National Anthem" which, despite a strong performance from the band, sadly lacks the chaotic horn section of the studio version. But the big draw for die-hard fans everywhere is the appearance of the previously unreleased "True Love Waits," a gentle acoustic number hinting at the Radiohead of old.
