I Dreamed.
I dreamed once of happiness,
This is how the dream begun,
I dreamed of happy times and things,
But when all was said and done,
Things weren't all they had seemed,
The happiness had only been dreamed.
I came back to reality,
The happiness was gone,
When in the dream it filled my life,
Here in the real world there was none.
I had a chance at happiness,
Once,
Not long ago,
But I blew that chance,
And now I'm just,
Sad,
Broken,
Alone.
