1 T Dijon
1 T cider vinegar
1 T lemon juice
1 T sugar
1 t kosher salt
1/2 c. mayo
1/4 c. sour cream
1 small green cabbage, shredded
2 med carrots grated

whisk must, vin, lem sugar, salt mayo and sour cr in bowl refrig up to 2 days unt ready to use.

put cabb carrots in bowl pour in dress toss refrig 1 to 2 hours to soften or up to 2 days

toss and serve
