Lamb with Crust

1/3 c. flour
1 leg o lamb 3.5 lbs
8 tbs chicken stock or lemon juice
bunch fresh thyme
2 T rosemary
salt pepper
3 T garlic

Mix into paste, slits on lamb, rub in

V rack 425 preheat  30 min.  lower to 350 1 hr. or until 155 on instaread
