Baked Tomatoes  
with Mozzarella di Bufala

large beefsteak tomatoes 
Bufala mozzarella - cubed 
extra-virgin olive oil 
fresh basil


Slice top off of the tomato - set aside. Scoop out most of the inside of the tomato. Fill cavity with cubed mozzarella. Drizzle olive oil over cheese and tomato. Sprinkle with chopped basil. Replace top on tomato. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
