RECOVERY DISCUSSION GROUP
Treatment for mental illness is about controlling the symptoms of the disorder. Recovery from mental illness is about freeing the person who has the disorder.
The Recovery Discussion Group is an anonymous, safe and accepting Support Group of people who self-identify as having mental health disorders. Our goal is to encourage and support each other on our unique journey of Recovery from mental illness.
Like the butterfly, I have the strength and the hope to believe
In time I will emerge from my cocoon... transformed.
