Now, just a thought for all of you perfection seekers out there:
I know that this is where fantasies are supposed to be realized. And as wonderful as that ideal is (and good luck to you if you find it), it is just not very realistic. The problem lies in your pumped up expectations of us! You expect us to be as passionate, sensual, and openminded as a girlfriend would be, but too quickly and with a total stranger! And god forbid if we don't warm up right away, or are for any reason distracted. Because you blame us for being cold and unenthusiastic!
Well, I am sorry to say that things like family matters, work, finances, and stress in general, can are distracting, and sometimes hard to compartmentalize and shut off completely. Also, please remember that why you sought an independent, and/or non-pro in the first place, is because we are real people, and not putting on an act. However, just know that it is sometimes difficult for us to turn our affections on at the drop of a hat (or pair of pants, for that matter), no matter how hard we try to be accommodating. And if you expect us all to be perfect as well, wake up my dear, because you are still in dreamland! So, welcome to the real world, according to me!
