A girl kneels in nadu position, she bends her body backwards, her head to the floor, she places her hands behind her head, and pulls up into a back bend. ( this position is very painful to maintain for longer than 5 minutes)

Hair Position
A girl stands with her feet flat on the floor, and bows gracefully at the waist, that her hair might fall forward for display, or to be shorn, seized, or used for any purpose that the Master desires.
I held my left hand opened, at my waist. She stiffened, and looked at me, angerly. I opened and closed my left hand once. I saw her training in Gorean customs had been thorough. But she never thought that such a gesture would be used to her. She came beside me, and a bit behind me, and, crouching, put her head down, deeply. I fastened my hand in her hair. She winced. Women are helpless in the position.

Heel
The slave follows the Master/Mistress at their heel, 'where she belongs'. Slightly behind and to their left or right, depending on which side is their weapon hand. The distance behind varies. A coffle of girls led through a city may follow inches behind, while through open land may 5 to 10 feet following.
He turned about and, with his weapon, strode from the camp. I followed him at his heel, where a slave belongs.

Simular to Lieshaexcept done from a standing position. She stands with her back to her Master, her hands crossed at the small of her back, her feet shoulder-width apart, back and shoulders slightly arches, her breasts thrusting forward, head held high and tilting to the left with her eyes lowered in respect and submission.
(No such command found in the books, liesha would be sufficient)
Karta Position of begging and Obeidance
A slave kneels on the floor, her thighs spread widely to allow her to lay her chest on the floor, she leans forwards to lay her breasts and forehead against the floor, she reaches out with her arms fully extended, palms against the floor. Ankles may be crossed or uncrossed. Shows utmost respect. Requests of entry may be made from this position.
Kneel to the Coffle
The girls kneel, closely, one behind the other, as their left wrists are placed in wrist rings; this is ussually followed by the order to stand and then the order "Lower chain" where the girls lower their wrists. Thusly they are in line, standing coffled.

Kneel to the Whip
This command orders a slave to kneel, bowing her head to her knees, her wrists crossed under her as though bound. This position is intended to expose her back to the whip.
Kolar
Also known as the Position of Female Submission. She kneels at her Master's/Mistress's feet and leans her body back, sitting upon her heels, with her arms extended upward, crossed at the wrists, her head beneath then in supplication.
"Assume the position of female submission," I told her. She did so kneeling back on her heels, her arms extended, wrists crossed, her head between them, down. She was weeping.
