Chapter One	Every story, new or ancient… Jason Glouster has had an unusual journey and is spontaneously plucked from it and brought back to him home… Manhattan, New York City circa 2002. Odd enough… but he has the entire Fellowship of the Ring in tow with him!
Chapter Two	The from out of the blue, and without any guide… Katie Glouster arrives at her family’s shore home in Ocean City, NJ and awaits her cousin’s arrival with his most shell-shocked friends.
Chapter Three	Life is a road and I want to keep going… Jason and Gandalf have a brief discussion on Route 73, on their way to Ocean City.
Chapter Four	And why should I tell her this…? Jason is faced with having to convince Katie that his friends really are the Fellowship. After much explaining she believes them, but is strangely wary of a certain Elvish archer.
Chapter Five	The monsters are all missing and the nightmares can’t be found… Finally relaxing without looming threats behind them, Katie explains her very strange world to the Fellowship, with a little help from Jason.
Chapter Six	She dances naked in my soul and sleep won’t come… Legolas tries to settle down for the night, but thoughts of Jason’s cousin keep him from his rest.
Chapter Seven	Come with me now and see my world… Katie and Jason introduce the Fellowship to the wonder of the Atlantic Ocean. Katie and Legolas grow closer amidst the salty waters.
Chapter Eight	In my life, there’s been no one like him anywhere… Katie and Jason have an early morning discussion about Jason’s decision to return to Middle Earth with the Fellowship and his relationship with Boromir. Katie resists the idea to accompany them.
Chapter Nine	I’m going out tonight, I’m feeling all right… It’s Independence Day and the entire troupe heads out to the midway. A roller skating park, an archery range, and a paintball match!
Chapter Ten	And I know it’s only in my mind… Jason decides to throw a party and Gandalf has finally figured out how to transport everyone back to Middle Earth.
Chapter Eleven	A song played on a solo saxophone… The night of the party sees Legolas reluctant to part with Katie and vice versa.
Chapter Twelve	Close every door to me… The Fellowship returns to Middle Earth… with Katie in tow by accident. In the darkened caverns of Moria, Katie is swept into their quest.
Chapter Thirteen	Down once more to the dungeon of my black despair… The journey through Moria continues and Katie learns the hard way that the troll in Harry Potter was child’s play compared to the real thing.
Chapter Fourteen	On silent feet it came, breathing a sheet of flame, it came… The balrog enters the picture and the Fellowship is forced to deal with the loss of Gandalf.
Chapter Fifteen	In the arms of the angel, fly away from here… Safe in Lothlorien, Katie makes a disturbing discovery… not only has she been stolen into Middle Earth, but she’s been turned into an elf! In a pained frenzy, Katie runs from her friends. Legolas follows and comforts her as only he can.
Chapter Sixteen	You’ve got a friend in me… The Fellowship tarries in Lothlorien. Legolas and Katie pursuer the recalcitrant Gimli in order to simultaneously discard their Elvish/Dwarvish prejudices.
Chapter Seventeen	Once and for all, we’ll be there to defend on another… The Fellowship leaves Lothlorien with a multitude of gifts from Galadriel. Almost a week down the Anduin, Katie and Jason conceive a plan to help in the next fight.
Chapter Eighteen	Let us die facing our foes, make them bleed while we can… The Uruk-hai of Isengard attack the Fellowship, leaving them scattered.
Chapter Nineteen	Come with me where chains will never bind you… Boromir meets his fate. Merry and Pippin are captured by the Uruk-hai. Frodo and Sam have struck off on their own for Mordor. Kate reacts to the pain the only way she knows how… a requiem for Boromir. Then the remains of the Fellowship take off after Merry and Pippin.
Chapter Twenty	Ai! Aníron... Ah! I desire... After witnessing her cousin’s pain, Kate realizes that she should cherish what she has with Legolas, not shy away from it. In his turn, Legolas gives in to the desire he has harbored for her since Ocean City.
