PLS understand that even if title is not burned yet, preparation has already started once your payment is received: Lables, getting originals & your desired blank Media ready..much of my time has been spent even tho copy is not burned yet.
Q-Why Can't I pre-order incoming titles? [ *back to FAQ ]
A: Because it increases email exchanges from my end in case of any unforseen delay/problem/cancellation.
Most of you experience smooth transaction with me but I constantly have many problems dealing with traders!! If 60% of distro choose incoming titles, that'd be 30~50+ emails that I have to send for update plus it'd weigh on my shoulder. A: So I can look for it in my mail box ( I don't check mail everyday) & pay extra attention if it's Cash or schedule a bank trip if it's money order.
When you provide "Actual" mailing date, I can set aside an estimate time slot for your order while other distro/trade commitments roll in. Otherwise, if my schedule is booked, your non-informed or mis-informed mailing date prepayment will get lowest priority as the day payment was received, deposited & cleared.
Your order status will not be updated on trade progress until you email "payment sent notice" After You've ACTUALLY mailed the payment.
!! As of Jan 23rd, 2007. I no longer welcome "Estimate" mailing date as it causes too many confusions when there was delay or not as provided. PLS do understand that my unadvertised sites get 5000~10000 hits a month, imagine all kinds of emails I have to filter thru on a daily basis. Moreover, PLS be a good "email subject" sender. Subject your email accordingly: "Distro Request", "Order Add On", "Address Change", "Package Receipt", "Replacement Request for xxxxx"...ect. Otherwise, your emails may be deleted as spam or get the least priority to be read or reply.
As I give 24 hours for your payment before resetting shipdate & 72 hours for cancellation, pls kindly extend me the same courtesy to reply questions/update order status.
