PLS HANDWRITE or LABEL Title on Disc. Read the 19 Rules First & Let Me Know In Advance If Can't Comply or Agree To "Always Send First" for future trade. Expect to send first if we haven't traded for over 5 months.
I reserve the right to Return & Cancel received trade and ask you to pay for both ways shipping If it's mis-presented or non-complying to My Rules. Tracking # w/Media Mail. I always ship on time or will email delay in advance. Unless Shipment is a no-show AFTER due Date. (Media Mail 4~13 Days, First Class 2~7 days, Priority Mail 2~3 Days) PLS don't set up trade with me if my written promise to ship, posting D.C./ Ship Date/ Ship Method isn't good enough for you. High Maintenance Traders' Emails Will Not Be Replied + Emails may be blocked for future trade!
19-Last but Not Least: Warn me if you are a newbie-New to trading, be glad to guide you thru but you must first invest time to read my trade rules. Always write should you want to back out a trade. My grace period is 7-days. Email is blocked on 8th day for dead beaters & no future trade.

Kindly use your best/fair judgement, trade replacement is NOT a life-time warranty. Tip: Make "backup" copy for your master if you do heavy trading, often scratch discs, burn at high speed etc....

Why not accepting in-coming title? Rule# 6 Because it increases email exchanges plus it weighs on my shoulder when something goes wrong: "shortshipment", "unexpected delay", "flaky traders making empty promises", "not-burnable"...etc & leads to "Cancellation" or "Title Changes" or "Split Shipment".
Once the "Take All" door is open, there'll be 20~30 extra emails I'd have to send just to update traders. Therefore, as of Jan 17th, 2007, each Not-yet-available DVD auto counts as 2 DVDs to discourage & compensate my time Plus split shipment charge will apply regardless of your wait time (days/weeks/months) as a result from picking "incoming" titles. Thank you in advance for your attention.
Why the extra Burned DVD for non-listed or aka Title? Rule#4
If you use ONLY "AKA" or Wrong title, you waste my time looking in the wrong places because the titles are sorted alphabeticlly as listed. It'd take me extra time to email you & halt the burning for correct title. PLS just "COPY & PASTE"!!

Kaylei Vang: | Replacement Request To Kaylie for Disc 2 on 10/11/05, Disc 3 on 10/17/05. Kaylei replied 10/18/05 to give her 2 weeks to check into it. Disc 5 mislabelled, is another faulty Disc 3. No words from Kaylie as of 11/28/05. Kaylei finally replied 3/1/06 asking to take care, however, replacements were obtained elsewhere in 11/05. Kaylei asked to send something else, I emailed 3 chosen titles 3/2/06 and noted another drama (Bodyguards-11 DVDs) traded have playability problem with 8 out of 11 DVDs. Kaylie replied that I complained too much. Conclusion: LBHfan will not respond to Kaylei's future emails as of 3/2/06 2:45PM just to save my breath.
