Whether the task involves pastoring, teaching, preaching, evangelizing, or prophetic ministry, Pastor Emma White is God's woman for the job. She oversees the Drama Ministry and Ministerial Education of Redeeming Love Outreach Ministries. She maintains an active schedule of ministry engagements, as she ministers for conferences, retreats, workshops, seminars, and revivals in addition to her pastoral ministry. She expounds the Word of God under a strong anointing and flows with prophetic grace as she ministers. As the Word of God is ministered, lives are changed and deliverance wrought. She loves the Lord and is determined to increase the Kingdom of God through the preached Word. She encourages believers to exercise the authority and power they possess in Christ Jesus.

Pastor Emma White holds a B.S. in Special Education from Jackson State University in Jackson, Mississippi and a Masters Degree in Multiple Learning Handicaps from Alabama A & M University in Huntsville, Alabama. She has been employed by the Morgan County Board of Education for thirty-two years and has been bestowed the honor of "Teacher of the Year" on numerous occasions. Additionally, she has received the honor and award of "Most Outstanding Young Educator of Alabama."

She is the proud Mother of four daughters - Jemeana, Knegleshia, Terra and Canderiah and a grandmother of two, Zoie and Darrion.
