Some say I take Yankee Hating too far. Why? Just because I would love to see the above picture come to life, or the fact that I refuse to visit the city of New York, or that I sell "Yankees Suck" t-shirts to children. C'mon, it's not like i'm a psycho about it.

Red Sox fans had to watch that team celebrate a World Series victory 25 times in the 1900s. I think I have a legit gripe when I say, Enough is Enough! I mean what the hell is going on? Yeah great the Red Sox had 6 of the other 75 World Championships, but those were well before baseball had any notoriety, and waaay before I was even born. It's been over 80 YEARS! EIGHTY YEARS! The Yankees average a World Championship once every 3 years. Need I say more?

Do I sound like a winey little girl or what?

Anyway, with that said i'm starting the "Yankee Hater Club". Click the link below, and fill out the form to join. You need not be a Red Sox fan at all to join. I think it'll be interesting to see how many fans of other teams there are that share my feeling as well.

Please understand that "hate" is a very strong word, and i'm using it out of it's normal realm of meaning. This is all in good fun.

To start, the club is just going to be a list of memebrs, i wan't to see how many of us there are, but eventually, I will have someting for being an official "Yankee Hater". Maybe some exclusive pages, contests, and free merchandise.

03/13/03: Unfotunately I'm discontinuing the Y----- Hater Club. Actually it was never more than a list of emails I've compiled over the last three years. Several times I started to get things going with ideas for the club and even emailed several club members a few times.

But each time I got things going, I fell off the wagon again after a couple of days. I have over 1000 email addresses from people who sigend-up, and I appreciate everyone who did, but I don't forsee getting this section started for real in the near future.
