The OEP private plate was soon to be replaced with a more apt number--B8MEX. This, of course, reads BOMEX to the more discerning eye.
The original Revision 2 rear spoiler was the next to go, being replaced with an Erebuni High-Level version
The interior was soon to receive further attention in the form of a set of stainless steel gauges with a carbon fibre surround.
The dashboard was also colour coded to match the colour of the exterior and a Momo Apache steering wheel with snap-off boss added to the transformation.
An unfortunate incident with a local speed bump meant that I had to bring forward the fitting of a new exhaust system. An HKS Super Drager was fitted to add to the Hyper Sports turbo downpipe which replaced the elbow and catalytic converter.
An HKS EVC V boost controller was also fitted in this period with the addition of Magnecor HT leads and Greddy Iridium spark plugs and a copper contact distributor cap.
