Name: Ganger Boats name: Seaswift Materials: yew wood Description: It is a very tiny boat that fits around three or four people. Being so tiny it is not used to explore the open seas but just the coasts. It has a blacky bluey hull and is shaped very sleek and pointy. The bottom and sides are made to slip through the waters swiftly. It has a carvingn of some otters fighting some corsairs on the right side and wave patterns all over it. The figure head is a handsome otters head. The sail is small and sturdy and is painted the same blackey bluey color. It is a small sturdy sailer that is made to travel fast. Name: Ganger Boats name: The Silver Arrow Materials: Yew Wood Description: The boat is long and sleek but can barely fit a badger in width. The sail is painted silver as of the rest of the boat and is small and sturdy. If high winds rise, the sail has to be taken down as it is not strong enough to withstand. The figurehead is a female otter's head loaded with wooden jewelry. There are many carving including one of an old squirrel fighting a huge rat. The silver arrow goes as fast as a normal arrow launched off a bow. Fitting about 8-10 people, this arrow is a messenger/transporter but can also be used for long journey's on the river. Name: Reyan Boats name: Freespirit Materials: Oak Description: A fairly small boat, only big enough for 4. It is made of strong oak and has a mast which can fold down. It also had oars, stowed under the benchs, which run down both sides. Name: Starlode Boats name: The Northwind Materails: Oak Description: The Northwind is a small, swift craft. It can be used by one experienced beast and can comfortably hold six otters. It's hull is strong and its benches sturdy. It has a mainmast and a foremast. The four oars fit into two carved notches on the hull. It has two mainsails (One being the backup), a foresail, and a spinnaker sail (big sail for when the wind is behind yeh). It can endure harsh river treatment and storms. It is not designed for anything more than coastal and river sailing. Name: Reyan Boats name: Sea Queen Materials: oak and beech Description: The Sea Queen is a large boat which was designed for open water and fighting against the currents. It has two masts, a larger one at the stern and a smaller one at the bow. The boat is quite wide and is as long as two badgers. There are two decks, the lower one is for cargo and has a separate area for sleeping in. The top deck has a wheel and a tiller, for extra control. Name: Starlode Boat's name: Wave Storm Materials Oak Description: The Wave Storm is a large battleship made specially for corsair hunting. It has no decoration excluding its ornate nameplate as it is designed to be fuctional. It has two masts, each with fittings for two sails. It has a thick hull, capable of repelling most projectiles. The hull is treated so that it will not burn as are the sails. The ship requires a large crew of a minimum of 20 experienced beasts. It has a tiller which is used to steer. The ship is made for sea sailing but can travel up large rivers (eg. the Broadstream). It is capable of moving fast for its size if in the hands of experianced seabeasts in ideal conditions which makes it ideal suprise attacks for the enemy does not expect such a large ship to be upon them so quickly. Name: Seahare Boats name: Good Coursair Materials: Wood, Metal, a bit of different types of gold and such. Description: My boat is first made from wood, but then metal is used on the edges to keep it together. at the bow, there is a round golden ball, only for decoration. The ball is wreathed with silver and so on, making it look very pretty. Name: Crocus Waveflow Boat's name: The Barrel Boat Materials: a small piece of wood, half a big barrel(long side), cloth, a straight stick, a pillow Description: The long side of the barrel is the boat. The piece of woood is the rudder. The stick sticks stright up, and the sail hangs from it. The pillow makes a seat for a dibbun to sit on. YES DIBBUNS CAN SAIL IN IT! |
