| THE DRY When was the last time you seen it this dry? Buggered if I know. I can’t remember, why? Ya reckon its gonna, pour down rain soon? Gawd, I hope so, by the end of June! If we don’t get some wet, we’ll be up the creek! Yea, I know. Wish it would rain for a week! The creeks are all dry can’t even wet a line! Easier to catch a fish, just jump in, grab 'em and fry 'em! Me ewes are all lambing not a blade of grass around! I got the same problem with calves on the ground. Have you seen the big gums dying? Up on the mountain range! Yea I was up there the other day, I thought that a bit strange! It’s a funny place we live in, this wide Australian land.
