Emu Plains Kangaroo Valley Ride 5th April 2008

A motorcycle ride was organised by Emu Plains Gaol, and a few select people from elsewhere  were invited. I was lucky enough to be a select person (God knows why). I was a bit apprehensive that it was going to be a 'race ride' where people just hop on and zoom off into the distance. When I met Michael the organiser though, and he said "he didn't leave people behind" I was pleased. I can zoom with the rest of them, but I do like to look at the scenery and enjoy the ride. There were three learners on the ride which was good to see. A few of us got lost a few times, but we all made it to the pub (The Loaded Dog) for the evening stop. The next day the weather changed a bit and rain was coming.  We still had a good days ride though, and finished off a great weekend.
