First, while it may feel good to just boycott French products, and will reflect in monetary terms if enough people do it, it's even more effective to let appropriate people know that you are doing so.  Here, you'll find the addresses of appropriate parties in the French government, as well as a sample letter.  The products/ companies themselves with active links will take you to addresses company itself.  Take the trouble to let them know why you are selecting alternative products/services.
