Name: Rezo
Appears in: First Season
Rezo is known as the Red Priest. He was one of the five wise men. Rezo is Zelgadis' grandfather and great-grandfather, and he is the one who turned Zelgadis into a chimera. He was blind since birth, and could not cure his eyes. In an attempt to do so, he made a deal with the mazoku: if he ressurected a part of the Dark Lord Shabranigdo, he would be cured of his blindness.
In order to ressurect Shabranigdo, Rezo went after the Philosopher's Stone, which was in Lina's possession. Once he took it from her, he went to the tower where he thought Shabranigdo was sealed. But Shabranigdo was actually sealed into Rezo's eyes, and when he was reborn, he was reborn in Rezo's body, and Rezo was killed.

Name: Eris
Appears in: First Season
Eris was Rezo's assistant before he left in search of the Philosopher's Stone. When she realized that Rezo had died, she made a clone of him. She tried to help the clone by getting Rezo's Legacy which was in the ruins of old Sairaag. The legacy would ressurect the Great Beast Zanaffar. But once Zanaffar was reborn, the clone turned on Eris and killed her.

Name: Copy Rezo
Appears in: First Season
Copy Rezo is the clone that Eris created. His main goal was to surpass the original Rezo. To gain the power to do that, he resurrected Zanaffar and merged with him. Once Zanaffar was revived, he tried to get Lina to use the Giga Slave on him. He believed that if he could survive it, he would be better than the original.

Name: Ruby-Eye Shabranigdo
Appears in: First Season
Shabranigdo is the leader of all the mazoku and the Dark Lord of the Slayers world. Thousands of years ago, he fought a battle with Cefied, the Dragon God, and he was separated into seven parts and sealed in the world. A thousand years ago, one of the parts was reborn then sealed again.
Rezo revived one of the parts of Shabranigdo, who was sealed in his eyes. Shabranigdo fought Lina and the others, but Lina killed him by using the Giga Slave. The Sword of Light and Rezo's soul also aided in the destruction of Shabranigdo.

Name: Chaos-Dragon Gaav (Maryu-oh Gaav)
Appears in: Slayers NEXT
Gaav is a mazoku, one of the main subordinates of Shabranigdo. One thousand years ago, during the Kouma War, Gaav fought the Water Dragon King and was killed. He was reborn in a human body and rebelled against Shabranigdo and his subordinates. When he found out that Hellmaster Phibrizzo wanted Lina for something, he decided to kill her and ruin his plans. But during his battle with Lina, Phibrizzo appeared and killed Gaav.

Name: Hellmaster Phibrizzo
Appears in: Slayers NEXT
Phibrizzo is a mazoku, the strongest of Shabranigdo's five subordinates. He wanted to make Lina cast the Giga Slave so he could make it go out of control and destroy the world. When she cast it, he tried to make her lose control by destroying her body. But while she was casting the Giga Slave, the Lord of Nightmares was inside her body and could not be destroyed by Phibrizzo. The Lord of Nightmares then killed Phibrizzo.

Name: Lord of Nightmares (aka L-sama or LoN)

The Lord of Nightmares is the creator of the four worlds. She created four Dark Lords and four Gods and placed one of each on each world. The four Dark Lords are Dark Star, Chaotic Blue, Death Fog, and Ruby-Eye Shabranigdo. On the Slayers world, the Dark Lord is Shabranigdo and the God is Cephied.
The Lord of Nightmares' goal is to reduce everything to chaos; it is the same as that of the mazoku. The Giga Slave is a spell that is a form of the Lord of Nightmares, and while it is being cast, the Lord of Nightmares is inside the caster's body. Another spell that calls on her power is the Ragna Blade.

Name: Valgaav
Appears in: Slayers TRY
Valgaav was an Ancient Dragon. He was mortally wounded in a battle, but Gaav agreed to save his life by reviving him as a mazoku. After Gaav's death, Valgaav swore to get revenge by killing Lina and Xellos.
Valgaav was responsible for bringing Darkstar to the Lina's world. He was then absorbed into Darkstar. When Darkstar was defeated, Valgaav was reborn as an Ancient Dragon.
