Description
There are 30 General Cargo cum Container Berths available in this port for Ships. Presently Bert Nos. 7,8 & 9 are construction, 03 berths per liquid Bulk Cargo OP-1 to OP-3 and seven fixed mooring for Lash Vessel and 28, 29 & 30 are under the use of KIST.
General Cargo / Container vessels having LOA up to 800 ft. are usually accommodated in the upper harbor and tankers of 1000 ft. in the lower at Bulk Oil Piers.
The sanctioned Depth in the lower harbor is 11.03 M. and 8.05 M. in the upper harbor.
