Karachi Climate

The climate in Karachi is relatively dry. The temperatures vary from extremely low to extremely high. Karachi has a varied landscape ranging from mountains to low coastal plains. Southern areas are hot Northern areas are much cooler, whereas in the winter,

weather during the whole year. The hottest months are May and June when
temperature touches the level of 105° F (41° C). January and February are the
coolest months when temperature declines to the level of 56° F (13° C). When
biting north wind blows occasionally during this period the temperature drops to
40° F (4° C). The driest month is the October when humidity decreases to 58
percent and the wettest month is the August when it goes up to 82 percent. The
average rainfall is reported to eight inches (203 millimeters). The city gets 10
to 12 days rain falls during the year mostly probably in June, July and
August
