Stuffed Lobster


one 3 lb lobster
one tbs worstershire sauce
1/2 lb bread crumbs
pinch cayane pepper
one egg
one onion
2oz lump crab meat
pinch chopped parsley
1/2 cup water
one tsp black pepper
1oz jack cheese
one tbs Old Bay seasoning
1/2 oz pementoes chopped


Stuffing: Add bread crumbs,egg,crab meat,pementoes,worstershire,cayane, chopped onion parsley black pepper Old Bay in a large mixing bowl . Add water and mix until mix becomes smooth .
Lobster: Cut lobster in half and remove membrane behind the head to the tail . Stuff both sides of the lobster top stuffing with jack cheese cover lobster tail with foil and bake until stuffing is brown . Take care not to over cook 15 to 20 min.or until tail is white and should be just tender . top with melted butter just before serving.
