c) Ph.D. (1978) I.I.T Mumbai  :  Thesis title : "Elastic scattering of 1.17 and 1.33 MeV gamma rays"
d) Post doctoral research experience : Worked as Research Associate for two years (1978 -1980)  at the Van de Graaff lab at I.I.T., Kanpur on  "Trace element analysis by the PIXE technique"
 

Also, visted Legnaro National Laboratory Italy as an INFN fellow during March - September, 1991
