HxR? TxR? The topic. AU fic, with all the romance.
Now where did I leave off....oh yeah! Heero and Relena went on the boating trip. It seems things are going smoothly. If your a HxR fan, I would this. But if your a TxR fan you have to be pacient. Please be
pacient. Also I have seen the reviews that have HxR or TxR written over and over again. For those who

When Opposites Attract
Part 10
Relena looked in the distance at the beach, as people layed on the sand and talked. She and Heero had
just gotten to the city. The past two days had been surprisingly fun for her. They had both learned more
and more about it each.
"I guess Sally was right." Relena thought.
"Relena." Relena looked up to see Heero coming towards her. "The ship's docked and we can go to a hotel." Relena nodded and the two headed towards the hotel. When they had walked inside crowds of people were already waiting in line.
"Must be tourist season." Relena said and Heero nodded. Finally it was their turn.
"How may I help you?" The woman asked.
"A room please." Relena said. The woman nodded.
"One bed or two?" she asked. Heero and Relena glanced at each other.
"Two." they both said.
"Sign this, and here's your key." the woman said handed it to Heero. They both walked down the hall and
stopped in front of a door marked with the numbers 78. Heero opened the door and they walked inside.
Relena smiled.
"It's big." she said. On the far right there were two twin sized beds. On each side of the bed was a nightstand. On the left was a big drawer and on top of the drawer was the t.v. Next to the drawer was a
desk and chair. In the back was a door, which Relena concluded as the bathroom.
"So what are we going to do first?" she asked walking over to one of the beds. She placed her back pack
on the floor and looked at Heero. He shrugged.
"I guess...we could look around." he said. He sat on the other bed.
"So why did you want to come here?" Relena asked. Heero looked at her. "I mean, why did you come to this certain city?" He slightly smiled.
"No reason." he responded. Relena raised an eyebrow.
"I get the feeling your not teliing me the whole story." she said. "What are you hiding Yuy?" Heero stood up.
"Nothing." he said. He made his way towards the door.
"Where are you going?" Relena asked as he opened the door.
"Get something to eat." he said before leaving. Relena frowned and sighed. She grabbed her back pack and began unpacking. She stopped suddenly when she spotted something. She picked it out of her back
pack and looked at it. Her clown mask.
She didn't know why she had brought it with her.
"I guess..a reminder." she thought. "Trowa." She had to admit it. She missed him a lot. More than she had expected. She never knew he would have that much affect on her. She sighed and placed the mask back in her back pack.
After she had finished unpacking, she left leaving Heero and note that she would be back in 2 hours.
She wanted to go shopping. She had promised Duo and Hilde she would get them a souviner.
"Relena." Relena turned around.
"Dorothy, what are you doing here?" Dorothy smiled.
"I'm on a family vacation." she responded. "You?"
"I'm here with Heero.' Relena responded. Dorothy's smile widended.
"Are you two a couple?" she asked. Relena blushed slightly.
"No." she said. Relena wanted to change the subject. "So how long have you been here?"
"Few days." Dorothy responded. "I'm leaving tonight. I really want to see Quatre. But I want to get him a souviner."
"Why don't you come with me, I'm going shopping too." Relena said. Dorothy nodded and the two left.
"Hilde's going to like this." Relena said looking at the necklace. She turned to Dorothy. "What do you think?"
"I think she will." Dorothy said. "I've already picked out the souviner I wanted. Do you want to get something to eat?"
"Sure." Relena said. Soon later the two were at the resturant waiting for their food to arrive. Relena was
hesitant to ask her the question, but she wanted to know.
"Dorothy." Dorothy looked at her.
"Yes?" she said.
"Umm, I don't mean to be blunt. But when you do remember when you had a crush on Trowa?" Relena said. Dorothy nodded. "Did you actually love him?" Dorothy blinked and began laughing. When she had
stopped laughing she sighed.
"Love. It's such a strong word. No, I didn't. I only like him. But when I met Quatre." she smiled. "That was
different." She looked at Relena carefully.
"Do you like Trowa?" she asked. Relena looked away.
"No." she responded.
"I don't believe." Dorothy said. "It's written all over your face. If you do like him, if I were you I wouldn't
let him get away." Before Relena could say anything their food had arrived. After they had finished the
two said their good-byes and parted.
Relena walked into the hotel room to see that Heero still wasn't back. She frowned and made plopped down on her bed. That's when she noticed the note. She picked it up and looked at it. It read.
"Look straight ahead." Relena blinked but looked straight ahead to see a dress in the closet. She got up
and looked at the dress. It was a sleeveless black silk dress that could reach down to her ankels. On the floor in the closet was matching heels. Next to the shoes was another note. Relena picked it up and and read it.
"Wear them." it read. Relena sighed and made way towards the bathroom. She came out wearing the dress and heels. Then a knock came form the door. Relena walked over to the door and opened it. There
stood Heero in a black tuxedo.
"Reday to go?" he asked.
"Go where?" Relena asked.
"You'll find out." Heero responded and grabbed Relena's hand. The care pulled up and Relena got out of the car. It was a italian resturant.
"How did you know liked italian Heero?" she asked.
"A feeling." he responded. He took her hand and lead her inside the resturant. When they both walked in
Relena's eyes widended. The whole place was lit by candlelight. There was a table already layed with plates of food. Relena looked at Heero to see him looking at her.
"How is it?" Heero asked. Relena smiled.
"It's beautiful Heero." she responded. He blushed slightly. "Why do this for me?" Heero looked at her for
a second, then smirked.
"What do you think?" he asked. Relena gave him an innocent smile and shrugged. They both walked to the table and sat down. Relena looked down at her plate of food.
"And how did you know I liked lasanga?" she asked.
"A little bird told me." Heero responded.
"Could that little bird be Hilde?" Relena asked and he nodded. With that said the two began to eat. Enjoying each other's company. The only thing Relena regret was that tonight was their last night on their
outting. When they had finsihed their meals Heero grabbed a remote and pushed a botton. Then a song
filled a room.
Relena looked up to see Heero standing by her. He extended his hand to her. Relena looked in his eyes, to
see they were unreadable. Without a word Relena put her hand in his. Heero lead her to the dancefloor
and wrapped his arms around her. Relena wrapped her arms around his neck as they began to dance.

"It was fun while it lasted." Relena thought as she and Heero walked away from the dock and down the
street. That night at the resturant after they had danced for hours, they left and went back to the hotel.
The next day they set sail and left for home.
Relena couldn't help but be excited going back. She had missed everyone, especially...she was cut off from her thoughts when Heero said something.
"Were here." Relena looked up at Hilde and Duo's house. She fished through her duffle bag and brought out the key. She opened the door. Inside everyone was sitting on the couch, whatching t.v and laughing. The stopped when they saw Relena and Heero standing at the door. Relena smiled.
"Wre back!" she exclaimed. Everyone stood up and ran towards the two, asking too many quetions at the same time. Everyone that is, except for...
Relena looked around in the living room until her gaze fell on Trowa who was looking straight at her. The two stared at each other for what felt like an enternity. Then Trowa stood up and headed for the door.
Catherine looked at him.
"Trowa where are you going?" she asked.
"To the apartment." he responded simply. He passed Relena without saying a word to her. Relena watched as he got into his car and drove off.
How was it? I know it was HxR again, but the next chapter it won't be like that. I'm sorry this took me so long. But the next chapter, I promise will have in the next....5 days....I hope.
