The band had a great time in Newport News this past weekend at the Ponderosa. On board performing with us was Jeff Mundell of SOJORN and Big Bird himself . We also got news this past week that due to personal reasons, two founding members of The RELIC Band will be leaving the band. Lead Singer Bruce and guitarist, Greg. We will miss each one of these guys so much as they added something very unique to the band.  We wish you and your families all the best. Bruce and Greg are scheduled to perform with us through April. Also, due to pending line up changes, we will have to push back the completion of our original materials we were planning to do.

RELIC is rockin on through the fall with performances scheduled in October, November and December.  Playing on the peninsula, the southside and in North Carolina gives our friends and fans the opportunity to see us and not have to go so far to do so. RELIC is hoping to have good turn outs for our upcoming performances as we continue to make our mark on the Hampton Roads area.

Well Hurricane Isabel took it's toll on the Hampton Roads and Northeastern North Carolina area. RELIC was unable to perform this past weekend at a wedding but the wedding went on. The Wild Eyed Southern Boy came out of semi-retirement as a DJ and provided music for the bride and groom's reception.
We in RELIC hope that all those effected by this storm get there power restored soon and all there personal affairs in order as soon as possible. Our prayer are with you all.
