In the 1930's Uncle Ike went out to buy a pack of cigarettes at the local store. He went from Ancram, NY, to Rhinebeck, to Poughkeepsie, to Rhinebeck again,and then on to Hudson. Well... he was finally found around 1945 in Schenectady, NY . He was a used car saleman by trade. He is buried in Schenectady, NY.


Aunt Laura described Uncle Ike as "having a wonderful body and quite a ladies man". She worked for Samuel Deuel's Lumber Yard. She is buried in East Park, NY.
