What really bugs me is...
...people who run stop signs. It's not there for decoration, it's there for a point.
...double standards for black racism and white racism. Racism is racism.
...Carrot Top. Do I need to explain this?
...affirmative action. MLK Jr. said he wanted his children to be judged on the content of their character, not the color of their skin. So why are we letting in candidates based on the color of their skin? We're promoting equality by having unequal standards? That doesn't make any sense.
...double standards for atheletes. Why do they get to buy their way out of jail?
...commercials that you can't understand. If I don't like the commercial, that's fine. But if I can't understand what's going on, what's the point of putting it on TV? Did anyone really want to go buy jeans after that stupid Levi's commercial with the bulls? If anything, I wanted jeans less.
...Reality TV. Put frankly, if the shows like Survivor, who wants to marry Joe Millionare the Mole with a Bachaelorette are reality, I'd much rather watch fiction. American Idol. If we're looking up to them, we need to start re-proritizing our values and what we look up to.
...ignorance in all shapes and forms. Last semester I overheard someone discussing their topic for the Most Influential Person of the 20th Century. They had chosen Christopher Columbus. Last time I checked, Columbus lived in the 15th century. This is not an obscure fact, THIS IS COMMON KNOWLEDGE!
...talking heads who  act like they know what they're talking about when they really don't. Then they refuse to have their mistakes pointed out to them. Reaaaal professional guys and gals, is going "No I'm right, No I'M RIGHT!" on national TV. Super smooth.
Well dressed men should always open the door for the ladies. After you.*
