Vynkk O’Casey enters--Aethalmarc has fallen—Isabella hurt! Only 9 of 50 remain. Robert swears vengeance over Isabella’s wounded body. Resigns the Coronet for he has only one thing on his mind. Wyndreth sings "I have wedded this blade…"

Leif Greyfox claimed the empty throne. Seneschal Fiskr, Earl Marshal Vladimir, Viscount Niklos, the landed Barons, the Nobles and the populace all assented. Thus Their Majesties invested him with the Coronet of Northshield.

Astrid of the Yellow Rose came forth at Sir Leif’s summoning, accompanied by bubble blowing children, borne on a majestic cart. She was invested with the Coronet to the mighty acclaim of all assembled.

Their Excellencies proceeded to hold court (Northshield)…

…calling forth Lady Medb who bore the Scroll of Honor of Northshield. Lord Dan’l of Twin Rose brought forth a stand for the magnificent leather-bound tome. Lady Gwen of Penrose was thanked for completing the project.

The special awards for youth were announced.

Then there was an attempt to Mathias Wolfbane but he was unavailable. They then tried to call Ivar Olafson but he had just gone off to look for Mathias.

Lady Tarja and Lady Petranella (the autocrat) decided to continue on the tradition of fundraising for the royal travel fund. They held an auction and raised $1165. This had been organized by Baroness Kadijah and Lady Tarja who had recently accepted the position of fundraiser/coordinator

THL Moraig Anne Drummond—called forth heralds from several groups—to help increase education of heraldry, Moraig donated Picture Dictionaries to those groups that didn’t own them. In return she asked that they donate for research library to assist Northshield in writing Our own Letter (heraldic)—agreed to match funds up to $500 I believe?

Mistress Wyndreth—HSH Astrid asked her to be skald/bardic champion

Duke Illiajo and Maistra Ariana—they had a squire that HSH Leif would like to have in His service—they agreed and called forth Lady Segrid de la Mar—HSH Leif reflected that he remembered the first time he had seen her fighting and had been impressed ever since that day—she fought with such heart and asked her to be his Champion.

Sean McAlister and Katerina—HSH Astrid had decided that it was important to her to have children as part of her reign and asked that these two be her boffer champions.

Elika Von Lutzen came forward and asked if she could take a moment of the Baron and Baroness of Nordskogen’s time. This was her last event in the Principality and she wanted to return her fighting favors. Baron Rodrigo said "done a tremondous amount of work" including sewing 50 tabards of snowflakes and this was just one of the small things—big loss

HRH Pieter had business—wished to deliver hoods for Pennsic:

HRH Pieter: "These hoods are gifts from the Crown…they are yours to keep…if you find that you unable to attend Pennsic please be sure to find someone who will be able to bring this there. You aren’t required to wear them to every event between now and then. They need to survive until August. You may tailor them for a better fit; you may embellish them as appropriate as long as they remain red and white…If you lose it, replace it!…and we will make a most impressive site upon the field at Pennsic…We are Red and White, Ready to Fight, DRACO INVICTUS!"

HRM Fina: "Has been instrumental in dressing us, she has also several times stepped in to take care of our children when we had surprises or emergencies that we did not expect. Your service has allowed us to do this. Thank you. And we’ve gotten you [something] so you can do your own projects that you think up all by yourself."

HRM Fina: "The other gift that she has given us is that she has made us a book in which our memories of this reign our kept, so that in quieter times, when we have time to reflect on such things, we will be able to remember. And it is a great gift."

Herald: "…for great service to US in carrying for our children when we were about our affairs of state."

HRM Tarrach: "Annora also rescued us on several occasions when we decided to go to an event on short notice and had nothing to do with our children and didn’t really want to pack them into a car for a fourteen hour drive."

Typhaine assisted with sewing and Corydon helped with some carpentry work. HRM Fina mentioned that he helped make sure that the bathtub didn’t fall into the basement "which is very important to us"

HRM Fina: "…and some other stuff that I had kinda forgotten it was broken because I was so used to it being broken."

HRM Fina: "…and they tablet wove and they made us really cool socks. It actually had gotten very confusing about who had done what at some point and so thank you both very

much…And bells, there were bells involved."

HRM Tarrach: "It is a difficult job looking gracious while sitting on the thrones and they have made it a much easier job for us. Thank you!"

Lady Tarja (who’s husband served as Their Majesties Rapier Champion)

HRM Fina: "[when we asked Gevehard to be our rapier champion we didn’t realize] how much work that was going to be for her.

HRM Tarrach: "For Her"

HRM Fina: "She has dealt with it graciously and gracefully."

HRM Tarrach: "While we took her husband away to force her to watch her children by herself and take care of all the duties around the house that needed to be done because Gevehard was helping us.

HRM Fina: "And lots of other things as well. So, thank you very much."

Herald: "…for sharing with us his vociferous tendencies and giving our words resonant and thunderous voice."

HRM Tarrach: "Thank you…and for being where we needed you to be and for all the work you’ve done. Thank you!"

Caradoc Llew du ap Morgan--

HRM Fina: "What can you give to a man who has everything…Cardoc knows a lot about laws and was willing to share information, which has been very lucky for Northshield. And he has been willing to work for Northshield for a really long time."

HRM Tarrach: "Like long before Northshield was Northshield."

HRM Fina: "He was doing things here. And he was Seneschal before there was a Region of Northshield…there was a Region of Northshield but not a Principality?…Anyway it was before dirt [gesturing to herald] read that"

Herald: "Let it be known by all that We, Tarrach King by Right of Arms and Fina our Queen, have witnessed the service with which Caradoc Llew du ap Morgan has exemplified the ideals which are cherished in the Principality of Northshield. Therefore, give onto him, a Stellar Augmentation of Arms…"

HRM Tarrach: "Yes, again, thank you all because it would not have been half as amazing had it not been for all the friends, old and new, because we have had a chance to meet a lot of new people, and see the good works—not only of the Principality of Northshield but of the Kingdom of the Midrealm. And it has been a great honor. And we have all of you to thank for it."

HRM Fina: "So, this is our last court in Northshield and we hope that a lot of you will be there bbbnext weekend…can hang out in the shade all day, does that sound good?"
