At an impromptu court of Their Stellar Highnesses Leif and Astrid, at the bardic circle on Friday night. Dahrien Cordell received a Purple Fret. Mistress Margaret Malise of Kyrkyntolaghe was inducted into the Order of the Crwth. The scroll text that follows was by Master Owen Alun:

Fealty Oaths for Territorial Barons and Baronesses, Pelicans, Laurels, Chivalry, and Royal Peers

Their Excellencies, Baron and Baroness of Jaravellier were called forward and were given a set of Baronial Coronets as previously promised for the Barony of Jaravellier—Coronets were done by Master Gevehard

Baron Adrien: "…Generous beyond Measure…" and thanked Their Majesties on behalf of the Barony.

Lady Eithni ingen Talorgan—Announced that Lady Eithni would be invested as the new Baroness of Jaravellier at Boar’s Head.

Populace swore fealty—the Queen cried and the populace was thanked.

Before dismissed, His Majesty Pieter advised Belle that she was not excused. As she knelt before Them she was informed by Him that "It is all about you"— Isabella Beatris de la Rosa was inducted into the Order of the Willow for Dance

HRM Nan-Astrid: "You give to the Kingdom by teaching others. We couldn’t be more blessed than that"

Their Excellencies, the Baron and Baroness of Nordskogen, came forward baring gift boxes for all of the Royal Couples. Before returning to Their places, HRM Nan-Astrid handed them a "belt of Northshield" to be given to a noble in the Barony who was deserving

Their Excellencies, the Baron and Baroness of Jaravellier, came forward bearing 80 hoods for the Midrealm Army at Pennsic. HRM Pieter had members of the populace who had not received a hood come forward. HRM Pieter: "We are Red and White—Ready to Fight—Draco Invictus!"

A belt was also given to the Baron and Baroness of Jara for a worthy subject who goes above and beyond the call of duty. Along this line, Their Majesties had another belt that they wished to issue to a gentle who had rescued a child who had fallen into a lake during this event. Eric of Dark River was thanked for his service and given a belt of Northshield and a sword. HRM Pieter advised Eric to "use it only for right" but that he was assured by his actions that this was not a concern.

Anne Renard Forester came forward baring a quiver with but one arrow. Their Royal Majesties had challenged members of the Greenwood Company which was in turn extended to the populace. The populace was asked to pledge one arrow that they will shoot at Pennsic. This arrow would be returned at Pennsic with Their Majesties appreciation.

HSH Astrid: "We’re on?"

HRM Pieter: "Are you ever off?"

The School of Tyranny and Sadb Nia of the Ravens were called forward. (HRM Pieter confirmed with the other members of the Royal Court that "to save the backs of the populace, one bow in the direction of the thrones will suffice"). The school gifted Northshield with a hand tooled leather baldric? that had been made by Sadb Nia.

HRM Pieter: "Gifts to the Crown are always nice."

HSH Astrid: "I thought you said it was our turn…Yes, Your Majesty. Whatever you say, Your Majesty."

Toki Magnusson (as he approached wearing his red cape, HRM commented: "well done Sergeant")—HSH Leif asked Lord Toki to be his thrown weapons champions which he accepted.

Kitakaze Tatsu Raito —A commander of the Northshield army had been lost and Raito was charged with finding a replacement. Kitakaze Tatsu Raito described that he was looking for someone quick of wit, keen of mind, and strong of arm, to which HRM Pieter replied "Busy". Kitakaze Tatsu Raito went on to say that he had "found such a man in Sgt Hagan."

HRM Pieter: "Outstanding"

HSH Leif: "His voice is Mine on the field"

Lady Alexandra and Herr Janvier der Wasserman entered, followed by a procession of Northshield Banners that bore various Shire devices. They explained that they noticed that many groups within Northshield did not have regalia of Northshield and they wished to compensate for this with the banners that the Shire of Falcon’s Keep had made. They also explained that they had not made ones for the Baronies as they generally had regalia of their own but would be willing to create some if the Barony desiring them donated $50 to Northshield.

Baroness Aurelia Rufinia—gifted Their Stellar Highnesses with the one true chisel of Northshield—the chisel that had helped build the bridge at Pennsic and was believed would do mighty things.

Viscountess Isabella and THL Corynne—Her Excellency had been inspired by the coins HSH Leif was giving combatants at Pennsic and asked a member of her staff to make 100 pouches to carry these coins.

Etienne was brought forward and placed on vigil to be elevated at Pennsic

<Crowd Laughs>

HRM: Pieter "…To bring the news of Their decision to us at Our Court at the Rose Tourney and Emprise on July 19th in [city name missed], Michigan. Thereupon, we will announce to the populace there assembled, and with the of benefit of further couriers, disseminate the news far and wide if, and when, the Principality of Northshield is to enter the firmament of kingdoms of the Society. No decision has been rendered yet, but the paperwork is in order and it is in the hands of the Board. They will advise us , and we shall advise you. Thereupon, we will announce the date of the first Crown Tournament and Coronation, if, in fact, the Board is pleased by the Petition for Kingdom Status. Otherwise, we will try again. "

<Crowd Laughs>

HRM Pieter: "We will be pleased to, ah, share this knowledge with you just as soon as we have it. "

HRM Nan-Astrid: "We promise"

(At this point, I believe HRM Pieter turned to TSH of Northshield and asked if they had words. I think it was HSH Astrid who said "Thank you")
