206 Reptile Rescue was started in in late 2003, We decided to start as rescue because the world needs more rescues. There are too many reptiles baught impulsivly each year that wind up not properly cared for or abandoned in Shelters/Pet Stores/Outside! You name it..... We don't have endless room or money But our goal is to do what we can with what we have and save some animals lives. We also aim to provide better information and caresheets than what they do at the pet store which is another reason some animals are improperly cared for some people don't even realize they are doing it they are simply doing what the pet store told them to do which of course is rarely thorough enough to keep the animal fully healthy and happy!
We currently have quite a bit of room available and are taking a large assortment of reptiles and amphibians. If you have any questions feel free to email us or call our voice message number available above. There are however some reptiles we cannot take so please email us or leave us a message with what animal you are surrendering and we will let you know if we can take it immediatly or if you have to be placed on the waiting list.
