Soft Serve
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 4-6 large bananas (frozen hard)
- 3/4-1 cup soymilk
powder
- fructose (to taste- as sweet as you like)
- 625ml. distilled water (very cold) (25 oz. /3 cups)
- METHOD:
- Blend water and soymilk
powder together.
- Slowly add pieces of frozen bananas.
- Keep blender going and help the ice-cream moving with a spatula.
- BE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO GET THE SPATULA CAUGHT IN THE BLADES
- Blend until smooth or leave a little chunky if you please.
