430 Sugar River Road, Gladwin Michigan
Go West on M-61 approx 20 miles or so, until you get to a blinking red light in the Wooden Shoe area. At the light, that is M-30. Make a Right (or got N) on M-30 and go about 10.5 miles to Sugar River Road. Turn onto Sugar River (it only goes west) about 3/4 of a mile until you come to a sign on the north side of the road that says "Creative Woods of the North".
Turn R onto that dirt road and the house is the FIRST PLACE on the left.
(If you go to the Big Log House, you went too far).
Directions from down state/Lansing: Us-27 North to the Harrison/Gladwin/M-61 Exit. When you get off of the highway, go east (turn left) on Old 27/M-61. Go about 1/4 of a mile to the flashing yellow light. That is M-61 East. Turn left (It only goes left).
Go approx 9 miles to BARD Road. Turn North (or left) and go north for about 6 miles to a 4 way stop sign. (That intersection will be Bard Road/Arnold Lake/M-18.
Go right (or east) on M-18 for about 4 and 3/4 miles to Round Lake Rd. (also called F-97) and go north for about 4 miles to Sugar River Road. Turn Right (east) on Sugar River and go 5 and 1/4 miles.
On the north side of the road you will see a sign that says "Creative Woods of the North". Turn L onto that dirt road and the house is the FIRST PLACE on the left.
(If you go to the Big Log House, then you went too far).
