Moose Legion News
Sunday half time meals are going great. We have a good selection of dinners each week. Come down and support the Legion by having dinner with us. It’s a great chance to relax, have a good meal, and socialize with friends. Remember that the money raised is to host the super bowl party. If you are interested in cooking please feel free to sign up.
Participation
The success of this Lodge or any organization depends on the Participation of everyone. Although one person can complete a task by themselves, the help of many or a few makes things a lot easier. We thank everybody who has helped and hope you continue to help in the future. It doesn’t have to be the same few who do everything, so ask we can use your help.

Robert Dale Scholarships
The Moose International Robert Dale Scholarship forms are in the Social Quarters. Qualifications are High School Juniors in the class of 2006 whose Mother, Father, or Guardian hold a Moose Membership, and whose grade point average is 2.5 on a scale of 4.0 (C+) or higher. Approximately 60 winners of the $1000 scholarship will be selected at the Moose international convention. Applications must be sent to Moose International by July 15, 2006, Winners will be notified by December 1, 2006. Forms must contain the Lodge Seal and be signed by the Administrator. If the MA/RI Moose association has 15 or more applications a special drawing will be held at the MA/RI Moose Association annual convention.

Please do not forget the Children this Holiday Season! Drop off your donations at our Toy’s for Tot’s donation box in the Social Quarters. No stuffed animals please. The Marines are scheduled to pick up our donations Just before Christmas.
Our Next blood drive is December 5th .
MEMBERSHIP
\Dues - Look at your dues receipt, are you paid up past April 30, 2006. If not then you must obtain a new one to be admitted to the Social Quarters. If you have any Questions or problems with your dues card, please see the Administrator Ron Marciello. The bartender has the right and responsibility not to serve you or allow you in the Social Quarters unless you have a valid dues card. It is not the bartender’s responsibility to know who has paid their dues. It is your responsibility to have a valid dues card. We know that cards have been sent late from Mooseheart and are taking that in consideration.

CHARITIES
Charities for the Moose year starting
May 1, 2006 until April 30, 2007 the Lodge has donated $475 to Various Charities, Scholarships and Youth Sponsorships. Also an Endowment Fund Total of $238.
