The white lines you see in the foreground are electrified wires. Yes, wild pigs, or boars, such as these are dangerous not only for their aggressive behavior but for their long, protruding teeth that resemble small elephant's tusks. They use their tusks to dig up things in the earth but they're also used to defend themselves and generally aren't terrible clean so if you get gored by one your wound will probably become infected. If they hadn't turned as I took the picture the tusks would be easy to see. |
