Daniel Willian Wood was welcomed into the world on May 14th, 1969 in Boston, Massachusetts. He is the 4th son in a 6 kids family. (Melissa, Bethany, Pam, Rachel, Brett and of course, Danny!)
His life was completely changed when, thank to a friend from school, Donnie Wahlberg, Danny got the chance to audition for the NeW kIdS oN tHe BlOcK and he was asked to join it. Well, at this time the group was called Nynuk
Danny nearly became an undergrad at Boston U. when he won a scholarship in his senior year in High School. But, instead of it he decided to give the group a try.
Well done, Danny!!! The New Kids on the Block was a big success in the early 90’s.
But let’s forget the past. Let’s talk about what Danny is doing today.
Since the end of the group Danny has been working in Boston with charity.
He lives in Florida with his wife and his kids and he has his own Record label called Damage Productions.
Last year he released his album Room Full of Smoke under the name D-Fuse.
As he said, this album “...is a melodic instrumental fusion of hip hop, R+B, and jazz.(...) this is music for the mind and the soul.”
But the best thing, he has another album on the way. Probably Second Face will be released this year.
