Sharona Fleming
Sharona is Monk's personal assistant and nurse, a calming incluence who helps him make it through the day. She is always on hand to offer her assistance when even the simplest of tasks become angst-ridden ordeals for Monk. An utterly dedicated employee who often becomes fiercely defencive when it comes to her boss, she also becomes Monk's own "Girl Friday," an unlikely but effective Dr. Watson to his Sherlock Holmes.
