Quinnell has shaken off the tub of lard image (more fairly associated with his brother, Craig) to show himself as one of the best ball carriers in the tournament. His partnership with Rob Howley has been at the heart of the Welsh game this year. Scott has the presence and power to take on the Aussies, but many doubt his fitness. Also, although he makes the yards with his bullocking runs, some are concerned that he takes the ball into contact too much. A back row of Quinnell at eight, Dellaglio at six, and Hill at seven should start.
