Caleb Ross plays bad-boy Lex in the hit TV show The Tribe. As soon as Caleb walked on screen, he captured the heart of many girls all around the world.
Caleb is known for being bad - he's the lion of the Tribe, with strength, beauty and pride.
Caleb is now 19 years old. he's a member of the Whangeri Opera and Dramatics society. He has had a lot of experience on camera. He played the part of Logan in Shortland Street, Brett in the Avondale Dogs, and Plainclothes. He's been in Hercules and played Temecula in Xena the Warrior Princess. He has also had roles in Evita, Godspell and Peter Pan.
Caleb has natural light brown hair and is originally from Whangeri. He had been acting since he was 9 and then got an agent when he was 11. His agent got him roles in TV ads and shows. When he heard about the auditions form the Tribe, he had the audition up in Auckland, and they rang him a week later!
Caleb's ideal leading lady is Natalie Portman. From what he's seen, he thinks she's a very good actress.
Not only talented in acting, Caleb is a great musician. He enjoys playing guitar and has written songs. He sings on The Tribe album, and is planning onreleasing a solo album.
As the 3 series have passed, we've seen Lex's attitude changing. In series 1, he was the one that people may have feared. He was the one with the big ideas, and he and Bray hated each other. This was because Lex wanted to be leader, and Bray always seemed to be spending his time with Trudy and Brady. Series 2 saw Lex becoming a bit softer still, but still having the tough city boy image. In series 3, Lex seems to be a bit more sensitive, and recognises that people do have feelings. And he seems a whole lot softer than what he was in series 1.
