December 29, 2002
Today was another busy day for all of us. We had to head home to New Jersey, but first we drove to Mommy's friend Kathy and Jamie's house. I got to meet my new friend Garret today. He's a little bigger than me, but next year I'll be big enough to play with him.
I watched football with Daddy and Jamie today and Daddy yelled at the TV. He always does that, but I know he's not yelling at me. Garret woke up from his nap and we played for a few minutes.
When I took a nap everyone else ate dinner. When I woke from my nap Mommy put me in my pajamas and gave me a bottle. We headed home around 7:30 and it was my bedtime. I slept the whole way home and Mommy and Daddy put me in my crib when we got there.
I was sure glad to be home and in my own crib! I think Mommy and Daddy were glad too. They were very tired. It was a very nice Christmas and I had fun meeting my new friend Garret. Next year will be better because I will able to open my own presents with a little help from Mommy and Daddy.
