PERFORMANCE CHAPERONES:
-Assist the Band Directors at various Band performances or activities by helping organize and supervise students
-Distribute snacks/drinks to students (if applicable)
-Distribute bow ties and cummerbunds to gentlemen (if applicable)
COPYING:
-Assist the band directors with classroom copying needs
approximately 2-3 days a week.
FUNDRAISERS:
-Help distribute sales materials to students
-Help distribute merchandise when it arrives
-Make phone calls
PEP BAND CHAPERONE:
-Donate individually packaged snacks (chips/crackers/cookies) and drinks
(capri sun, water, etc--NO SODAS, PLEASE). May be sent to school with your child or dropped off at the RHMS Bandroom.
-Help distribute the snacks/drinks to band students after practices at
home football and basketball games. Arrive at the band room around 4:30 P.M.
GAMES ARE ON WEDNESDAYS.
SPAGHETTI DINNER:
This is a spring fundraiser family dinner and concert featuring various band groups.
SPIRIT TABLE SALES:
-Assist with sales of spiritware items on home game days, 7:30 A.M. in the bus room and at football and basketball games
-Encourage support of our bands!
TRAILER TOWING:
Use your vehicle, with a trailer hitch, to load and haul the equipment trailer to perfomances and events.
