The Bet...
Our instructor Brian Tucker made a bet with our group he would later regret. He said if we got a hot ticket with all three of our dances he would shave his head. Our roadee Eric Anderson took this a step further, he stated that if we took first overall with our exibition, which was our new dance, he would also shave his head.
As it turned out, we got fourth and third overall with our standing line and open line dances, good enough for hot tickets. It was all on the exibition now, we had to get first overall and both of them would have to shave their heads. "And first place goes to Rhythm Sensation!!!" Every one was very happy and excited. We weren't  even thinking about the fact that both of them had to shave their heads, we were excited about winning first overall in the song's debut. But the bet still stood, so on April 6th, 2003 after one of our practices, the hair came off.

The 2nd Bet ...
Our instructor Brian Tucker and our roadie Eric Anderson obviously haven't learned their lesson. They made another bet with the team. They stated that if we took Overall Amateur Team at the Hill of Kentucky competition, they would not only let us dye their hair any color, but they would also pay for a trip to Cedar Point for the whole team.
They should have learned, for we took Overall Amateur Team with our Senior Exhibition dance. We were all very excited. What made it really special is the fact that this was our last regional competition as amateur's. After the Showdown of Champions in January, The Rhythm Sensation will officially be a challenge team.
