Jake Wolf is a drummer/percussionist currently residing in beautiful Rocky Mountains of Colorado. He turned 31 this year and has  been playing in clubs since the early age of 14. Jake has been trained by many kinds of drummers in many styles. Some of his teachers include William Hill (Principal Timpanist, Colorado Symphony and World Symphony), Steve Lawrence (Little Feat, Tina Turner), and several Jazz instructors at The Hartt School of Music. Jake has had the honor of playing with many fabulous musicians. Some of them include members of the Blues Brothers, Grateful Dead, Jerry Garcia Band, The Tubes, and George Clinton and the Pfunk All-stars, The Dirty Dozen Brass Band, The Digital Underground,  Cecil PeanutĘ Daniels, Jeff Pevar (David Crosbys band), David Nelson (New Riders of the Purple Sage & Jerry Garcia Band), Buddy Cage (from New Riders of the Purple Sage, Melvin Seals from the Jerry Garcia Band, Vince Welnick, Bob Bralove and Tom Constanten from the Grateful Dead Karl Denson, and many others. Jake is schooled in and can play all styles of music from African to Zydeco. Jake Wolf, Professionsal Drummer is Available for touring, studio work, local shows, and any other performances.
