Mandrake Linux extra RPMs

Welcome to my Web Page

On here you can find Mandrake RPM packages that I produce from time to time. Sources are compiled on Intel Pentium III, using primarily (but not exclusively) checkinstall for my personal use. From time to time I upload new packages, and replace versions with new ones as they become available. I therefore advice you to check my site on a regular basis to see if I added new applications. For your convenience I added the last change date at the bottom of this page.

I produce these packages to encourage new users to use Linux, for those who just want it working. Some people asked for source rpms but my bandwidth on here is very limited, hence I cannot upload spec/source files. I can however e-mail you spec files if you e-mail me your request.

Needless so say, I cannot guarantee these packages will work on YOUR machine nor are they supported by Mandrake Co. However, I do the right thing and check these packages against a default Mandrake installation with a generic user name. Look at the comments to see if you need to install anything extra.

Please download my new public key if you want to verify signature.
Packages are compiled and tested for Mandrake 9.2
