Episode 1. Enter Flamedramon
It's four years later and the Digi-World is being threatened by a new enemy…a powerful Digimon emperor wreaking havoc on the peaceful Digimon. Agumon calls Tai to the rescue, who is helped by a new team.
Episode 2. The Digiteam Complete
The team is introduced to their new Digimon partners. Unfortunately for them, the Digimon Emporor has his sights set on their destruction.
Episode 3. A New Digitude
As the evil Digimon Emperor continues to wreak havoc in the Digital World, the new Digidestined detect more Digi-eggs, but are soon attacked by the Emperor. The eggs allow Patamon and Gatoman to digivolve, aiding the team in their battle with the Emperor's Tyronnomon troops.
Episode 4. Iron Veggimon
The Digimon Emperor and his Veggiemon slaves capture a village where Gabumon is living. Gabumon calls on Matt to help, leading Matt and the new Digidestined back into the Digital World to battle the Emperor.
Episode 5. Old Reliable
When the Emperor demands a prison be built in the frozen north of the Digital World, Gomamon opposes him and alerts Joe of the danger. Joe and the new Digidestined return to the Digital World to help Gomamon and save the day.
Episode 6. Family Picnic
The computer club decides to take a picnic in the Digital World, re-uniting Digidestined old and new. When an unexpected enemy arrives on the scene, Mimi and Miyako team up to stop the dangerous threat.
Episode 7. Guardian Angel
Kari and Gatomon get caught in an explosion, leaving them all alone in the Digital World. Davis and TK race back to rescue them, but soon find themselves face to face with an old enemy, Andromon, another Digimon caught with the Emperor's Black Ring.
Episode 8. Ken's Secret
When Davis squares off against boy genius Ken in a soccer match, all seems friendly and competitive. But when the new Digidestined are lured into another of the Emperor's evil traps, it is revealed that Ken has been hiding a secret.
Episode 9. The Emperor's New Home
Ken continues to gain control of the Digital World.
Episode 10. The Captive Digimon
The Digimon Emperor experiments on Agumon.
Episode 11. The Storm of Friendship
Ken has transformed Agumon into a vicious fighting machine, and uses him to battle the Digidestined.
Episode 12. The Good, The Bad and the Digi
The Digidestined are summoned to help a troubled Biyomon, whose been captured and jailed in a Western ghost town.
Episode 13. His Masters Voice
Kari is mysteriously summoned to the digital world to free the Scubamon from the Digimon Emperor. They want her to be their queen, but she has no interest.
Episode 14. Samurai of Sincerity
In the digital world, the kids meet a friend of Mimi's, Michael, who it turns out is also a Digidestined. When Yolei realizes that she always judges people by their looks and vows to change, she finds the digi-egg of sincerity and Hawkmon digivolves to his new form.
Episode 15. Big Trouble in Little Edo
The kids are on the run and are helped out by Gekomon and Shogun Gekomon. When Shogun Gekomon falls under the spell of the Dark Spirals, it takes all the effort of the kids to rescue him.
Episode 16. Digi-Leagues Under the Sea
When the kids are trapped beneath the sea, Cody lies to get Joe to help in the rescue. Joe convinces Cody that sometimes it's okay to stretch the truth.
Episode 17. Ghost of a Chance
On the anniversary of their first trip to the digital world, the older kids reminisce with the younger kids about the good old days. Meanwhile a strange dark cloud appears over the city. It turns out to be Wizardmon, who warns the kids of an impending danger.
Episode 18. Run Yolie Run
The kids begin a long trip to the digital world in an effort to destroy the Digimon Emperor's base. Yolei learns a lesson about being too intense.
Episode 19. An Old Enemy Returns
The Digimon Emperor has taken all the strongest parts from all the other Digimon to create his own Digimon, Chimerimon.
Episode 20. The Darkness Before Dawn
Chimerimon breaks free from Ken's control and Davis discovers a golden Digi-Egg enabling Veemon to golden armor digivolve into Magnamon.
Episode 21. The Crest of Kindness
Ken comes to the realization that the Digital World was not his personal video game, and that he had been hurting real life Digimon, but he realizes this too late to save Wormmon from his demise.
Episode 22. Davis Cries Wolfman
Davis tries to get
Veemon to digivolve into his Champion form, Exveemon, in an effort to get Kari
to like him more than TK.
Episode 23. Genesis of Evil
Ken searches to find
Wormmon, but first must search within, to find his true self.
While Ken is at home, he is visited by Arukenimon, an unknown evil being he encountered once before at the whirlpool, who is now the world's greatest threat.
The kids continue to clean the Primary Village, Palmon wanders away and unwittingly observes a mysterious whitehaired lady, who is actually Arukenimon.
Just as the kids finish reconstructing part of the Digital World, Arukenimon reappears and transforms a control spire into Minotaruamon, another fake digimon.
Davis, once again tries to convince Ken to join the Digidestined, but Ken is still reluctant to make that commitment.
Arukenimon sets a trap for the kids at the Giga house in the Digital World.
While Davis, Ken and Cody try to escape Dokugomon's web, the Digimon are powerless to help since they are still under the spell of Arukenimon's flute.
Arukenimon comes to the conclusion that she needs to combine 100 control spires to create a Digimon powerful enough to defeat the Digidestined.
While the kids resume to destroy the remaining control spires, Gatomon recognized the landscape to be where she lost her tail ring.
Black War Greymon continues to roam the Digital World looking for opponents to fight.
Yolei's school trip to Kyoto is interrupted when Black War Greymon and his cronies are seen flying through the sky.
Black War Greymon continues his quest to destroy every Destiny Stone in the Digital World while Arukenimon and Mummymon trait behind him.
After Black War Greymon, finds and destroys the fifth Destiny Stone, T.K. becomes very irate with the team's demoralized attitude.
Only one Destiny Stone is left and Black War Greymon is tearing up the Digital World trying to find it.
After Digitamamon successfully defeats Arudenimon and Mummymon, the kids attempt to protect the last remaining Destiny Stone.
The Digidestined's plans for the Christmas holiday must be set aside when the city is overrun with uninvited Digimon guests.
As contop spires start to appear all over the world, Azuiongmon passes a mysterious sphere to a mysterious robed figure.
Many Digimon escape the digital world and invade the real world causing mass chaos.
Joe and Cody help destroy a control spire, rescue a boy from an attacking Digimon AND successfully return a confused Digimon in Australia back to the digital world.
Ken, Matt, Wormmon, and Gabumon journey to Mexico City where they defeat Minotarumon and Dokugumon. Meanwhile, Yolei, Sora, Hawkmon and Biyomon defeat the Flymon in Moscow.
The Digidestined finally return home from Tokyo from their World Tour. Tai warns the kids that more powerful and evil Digimon will invade the world soon and they must prepare themselves for the invasion. The Digidestined learn that Arukenimon has kidnapped numerous kids around the world...including Ken!
Ken, along with numerous innocent children are abducted by Arukenimonand Mummymon and are taken by a truck to the digital world's entry gate.
Davis and the Digidestined try to rescue Ken who along with numerous innocent children are being help captive by Oikawa.
Black WarGreymon enter the real world in search of it's creator Oikawa!
Cody learns from his grandfather that his father knew about the digital world and that Oikawa was once his father's best friend.
The kids wait by the Highton View Terrace once again for Oikawa's arrival and his attempt to enter the digital world.
When MaloMyotismon casts a spell over the Digidestined they create the illusion thay they are fulfilling their deepest wish.
MaloMyotismon threatens to spread darkness across the real and Digital worlds.
