However, lately, I've started playing with Borland C++ Builder 5 and Borland Delphi 3.
Visual Basic programs need the runtime library on this page that needs to be installed just once.
Just install it like a regular program.
Borland, on the other hands are true, stand-alone executable. Just unzip them and drop them wherever you fell like.
Which is which will be marked clearly.
You will find here the minimum information on me.
