Everyday when we leave our house we saw something that blew our minds.  Everyday we would see something crazy related to the way people got from one place to another.  So we thought we'd dedicate an entire page to transportation.  Enjoy!

This guy (above, below) looks like he's ready to enjoy a meal at his new dining room table... while traveling at 50 mph!! Seatbelt anyone?!?!

Christina found this mother and son on the side of a highway in El Salvador.  This picture captures an innovative mind as well as the reality that so many people rely on firewood for warmth and cooking.  This vehicle was made from wood, nails and old coffee tins for wheels.  The boy has old plastic strapped to his feet so he can slow down or stop the wood-carrying sleigh. The family collects the firewood for its own use and to sell.
