New Year's Poem
by zzzaney

The Mounties are riding so be of good cheer,
With Fraser and Ray, we'll toast a New Year!

Dief has his doughnuts, and noise maker too,
Frannie's sans clothing, o'er Fraser she'll drool.

Welsh and the Duck Boys are picking up beer,
While Thatcher wears red, hoping Fraser will leer.

Turnbull's stopped dusting, giddy with glee,
Decorating the Consulate, so they can party.

Elaine's got the condoms, the handcuff's and jelly,
To keep in the aftermath, her tummy from swelling.
She'll catch her flatfoot, of that she is certain,
The spiky-haird cutie, is whom she's yearning.

All of you Dueser's, gather your gear,
Get ready to party, the countdown is near.

Take hold of a Mountie, a wolf or a Cop,
Gather your fanfic, and start to 'Chat hop'.

We celebrate newness, say good-bye to the old,
We keep in our hearts tons of fondness untold.

Holding a door,
The tip of a hat,
Blue eyes that haunt us
Changed lives just like that.

The friendships we've formed,
The flames we have trod,
The bonds of the faceless
Not easily forgot.

So as this year passes and we face the new
remember the goodtimes, true friends- far and few.
Have a great holiday--Don't drink and drive,
and when time permits, log on and say 'Hi'.
